Please Note Our Shipping Policy
At Skwrt’n Crabs, we take extra care to make sure your seafood arrives fresh, cold, and safe to enjoy.
All shipped seafood is carefully sealed and packed inside an insulated shipping container with frozen cooling materials/dry ice as needed to maintain a safe temperature during transit.
We ship using expedited 1–2 day delivery whenever available. Shipping time does not include processing and preparation time.
SHIPPING DAYS
To reduce the risk of seafood being delayed or sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend, Skwrt’n Crabs ships orders Monday through Wednesday only.
Orders are prepared and shipped based on the order in which they are received. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday for safe shipment.
IMPORTANT
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Please make arrangements to retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered.
Seafood should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.
